Provides itinerary, secures travel and hotel reservations, and prepares travel vouchers upon completion of travel.
Performs a variety of administrative functions, such as:
posts and maintains time and attendance records, distributes supplies, prepares mileage reports, tracks awards, etc.
Researches, gathers and assembles information for use by field office staff in special projects, evaluations, conferences, meetings and FOIA requests.
Maintains records systems for the work unit in support of Division operations.
Tracks citations and orders for assessment purposes to ensure submission to the District Office within established time frames.
Receives calls and visitors.
Ascertains the nature of the call/visit and determines those which she or he can personally handle or referring others to the appropriate staff.
Receives, reviews and distributes incoming correspondence.
Responds to those which do not require the attention of the supervisor or staff.
Reviews outgoing correspondence for compliance with policy, procedure, format, grammar, punctuation, etc.
Records and tracks mine plan approval processing.
Prepares plan approval and rejection letters.
Uploads and downloads daily inspection activities.
